A large public sector authority require an IT Helpdesk Administrator to join their busy team in Preston

Your new company
You will join a national public sector organisation with a positive and profound impact, acting as one of the industries leaders in their respective field. This is a large authority who provide and deliver a wide range of services within the projects and housing sectors.

Your new role
You will work as part of a busy IT operations team and your role will involve raising tickets, resolving queries, escalations, running tests, processing correspondence, maintaining spreadsheets, data entry, responding to emails and updating on cases where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in delivering key administrative support, with a high level of IT literacy, able to deliver work of a high accuracy that is also on time. You will need to remain calm under pressure and work as part of a team, working towards the team's objectives.
