The Company:

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact for English & European languages speaking customers
To maintain and develop a strong relationship with clients

The Role:
-Responding quickly to all customer queries and identifying suitable solutions
-Maintaining strong relationships with customers and third parties
-Preparing and following up quotations
-Providing customers with detailed information about services & products
-Help developing warranty database and websites
-Occasionally travelling (including abroad) to meet manufaturers and partners
-Processing and updating customer information on the company's IT system
-Dealing with credit control & general administrative duties
-Translating relevant documents
-Developing promotional material and ideas

The Candidate:-Fluent English & French OR Spanish OR Portuguese OR German OR Polish (both written and spoken)
-Previous experience within Customer Services desirable
-Knowledge of CRM systems
-High level of commercial awareness
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to organise own workload
-Able to work under pressure
-Strong administrative skills
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver

Salary: £24,000 pa
