A high profile Insurance Group based in London EC3, seeks a person to support the client, seeking a person with Insurance background (IFA or Financial Services also considered) in a client support role for new business and sales support.

The role is to manage all produc queries, on boarding, a gret deal of liaising with clients and managing the teams inbox of client queries. Based in the London Fenchurch Street office you will be processing client related policy administration changes, scheme refreshes and associated premium adjustments within service levels, delivering excellent quality to achieve market leading service.

Duties - Support our operations in the delivery of service - especially managing the quotation process from receipt of the quotation specification to delivery of the quotation to the adviser.Ensure schemes are successfully placed 'on-risk' as new business and all supporting documentation is saved and filed. This is all online so there are working processes to be learnt and followed. Answer calls to the Sales telephone line and after appropriate training is provided, answer questions on any aspect of our new business processes. Schedule work/tasks for the Scheme Underwriting team within the CRM system, and ensure deadlines are met. Provide quotations for small/medium sized business, and deliver these on-time to the adviser. Provide ad-hoc support to the Distribution team to include organising occasional events. Coordinate work with the Scheme Underwriting and Administration teams where required, to meet adviser needs and resolve any problems. Provide telephone support and assistance to advisers who are using the online quote system.
