With our team expanding rapidly we have an opportunity for a dynamic, forward thinking team leader with a desire to learn new areas of development and to help lead a team to success. As a team leader within Pure Technology Systems Limited you need to be dedicated, motivated with a desire to deliver. You will report to the Directors and be responsible for managing the daily activity as well as ensuring the team delivers first class service to the areas of the business they support. You will provide a professional and informative primary point of contact for all customers, clients and third parties whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Management of daily projects & tickets as well as achieving service level standards and optimising staff levels on a daily basis
  • Prioritising workloads to ensure targets are delivered
  • Managing system and process changes effectively
  • KPI reporting and key task management
  • Providing input into system and process improvements
  • Confident day to day decision maker
  • Providing assistance on technical matters
  • Training and staff development including conducting one to one's and appraisals

Education and Experience:
  • Proven experience at Coaching, Mentoring, Management or relevant qualifications
  • Well versed in team leader responsibilities
  • Experience of people management
  • Outstanding working knowledge of the .NET Framework (such as c#, MVC, Windows Dev, Web API, web services, Xamarin)
  • Excellent working knowledge of database and front end technologies such as SQL Server, Java Script, HTML & CSS.
  • Excellent knowledge of the change impact throughout PBG group company's
  • Able to produce statistics & reports to a good standard

  • Excellent knowledge of database technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of web front end technologies

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
