Financial Services Administrator Salary: From £20,000, dependant on experience Location: Wrexham About the Company: A well-established and growing Financial Services Firm, based in Wrexham is currently seeking a Financial Services ; The successful candidate will work as part of a team alongside the firm's support team to provide clients with a professional ongoing Financial Planning experience and the best possible financial advice. The company takes pride in providing their clients with excellent advice and service, which they have been doing for over 40 ; They specialise in retirement planning, investment solutions, tax planning, cash flow modelling and protection. Financial Services Administrator Responsibilities: •To deal efficiently with all day to day telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers. •Managing incoming and outgoing post. •Create and maintain effective filing systems / client files. •Arrange meetings and book appointments as required. •Update and maintain the firm's client database and diary system. •New business processing and application submission. •Compile, manage and track invoices and payments. •Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies. •Liaising with product providers and mortgage lenders, as and when necessary. •Assisting Advisers in the creation of client financial reports and letters. •Monitor receipt of commission / fee payments from clients. •Maintain a computerised customer database and ensure it is kept up to date. •Create financial reports using spreadsheets. •Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications. •Working within the firm's financial guidelines all times: Compliance, Training & Competence, Complaints and Data Security policies / procedures. •To ensure that the firm's clients are treated fairly at all times. •Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills. Financial Services Administrator Requirements: •At least 2 years financial services experience supporting delivery of IFA service, but similar experience in financial services would be considered. •Competency in Microsoft products, Word and Excel are essential. •Educated to A level standard or equivalent. Willingness to undertake professional qualifications as part of the role, full support would be provided.
