My client is looking to grow their team of claim handlers in Chorley. There are 2 roles available to start immediately. The right candidate should be an energetic, hard working person with a strong academic background.

The Role

The role would be most suitable to analytical graduates with a background in Law, History or English and would prove advantageous for anyone looking for a future career in the legal profession.

We're looking for candidates with relationship skills, commercial understanding, drive, adaptability and the ability to analyse the business. A good grasp of computer processes and Microsoft Office programs is essential, and any experience of working in a professional office environment would be looked upon favourably.
  • Handling court paperwork within set time limits
  • Composing responses to various legal and non-legal arguments
  • Engage in mediation with motorists
  • Contact County Courts throughout England and Wales if required
  • Aptitude to understand the relevant laws and the ability to apply them correctly
  • Conduct own research
  • Put into place procedures to improve processes
  • The ability to analyse the business

Qualifications

A 2:1 degree or higher in a written subject (preferable, but not essential)
