Reporting into the CEO the successful candidate will be required to manage the accounts up to trial balance and beyond. Oversee the administrative functions of the office & support the Directors in the execution of their duties.

Accounting

Simplify the existing company financial management tools.

Operate the company financials using QuickBooks and Excel.

Sep up projects in QuickBooks.

Bank reconciliations, VAT reports.

Keep accurate records for all daily transactions; AP, AR, banking.

Record timesheets for all contractors, expenses, payroll.

Run monthly free cash reports.

Keep project control sheets up to date.

Annual budget preparation and manage the business against the agreed plan.

Company performance review monthly, quartely and annually.

Liaise with the external accountant.

Office Management

Manage relationships with landlord and customer ensuring all invoices are paid on time and all maintenance works are completed in a timely manner; manage contract and price negotiations with office suppliers and office lease.

Liaise with facility management vendors, cleaning, catering and security services.

Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems.

Assist in the onboarding process for new staff and project contractors.

Plan events for the company.

Monitor inventory of office supplies.

Person

The successful person will have excellent experience in using Excel, qualified by experienced accountant. This role requires someone who has a "can do" "rolls sleeves up" approach who wants to work for a very interesting company.
