Tate are working with an exciting and successful organisation on the outskirts of Exeter to recruit a Project Manager to ensure the design and build of Exhibition Stands for their clients, encompassing Events and Marketing Communications.

Place of work

Your main place of work would be in our office near Exeter Airport. However, this position would also require some travelling in order to supervise the installation and dismantle of exhibition stands or other events, attend meetings or to perform presentations, either locally or world-wide.Core responsibilities

Creates and executes project planning. Including budget quotations and costing.
Day-to-day running of multiple projects through the entire project life-cycle.
Negotiate costs with suppliers and order all materials for projects.
Management of project teams on-site.
Perform risk assessment and ensure risk exposure is minimised on a project.Core competencies

Ability to manage project discovery phase, liaising with clients and relay the project brief to design team and other members of the project team.
Is a key participant in all meetings and tries to build a team-working environment whilst also helping to motivate individuals.
Assist other PM's with client engagement where needed.
Manages day-to-day client interaction and strive to exceed their expectations.
Relay information to 3rd parties relating to all aspects of the project to include specifications for material procurement, production and quality control.
Communicate with clients and/or organisers to ensure all required documentation is completed.
Provide a post project report when required and assist other PM's into the post show analysis of projects.
