Care Team Senior

We are recruiting for part time Team Seniors to join our care services team.

New Lodge is a new and exciting development in the heart of New Earswick providing stylish apartments and care accommodation for the over 55's. Opening in the Autumn, we are now seeking to recruit additional staff to support the opening and beyond.

We are looking for caring and compassionate people who have a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude to join our care team.

Are you looking to grow your career in adult social care? Then this might be just what you are looking for.
The role of Care Team Senior is to provide relationship centred leadership and direction to the care and ancillary team as a shift leader. Ensuring a safe, effective, caring and well led service to our residents and their families.

It is a busy role and no 2 days will be the same and that brings with it the need for flexibility and resilience as well as thorough working knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and health and safety within an adult social care setting.

Above all though you must be caring, empathic and possess the people management skills that will allow you to contribute to leading a team that will provide a first-class person-centred approach to caring for others.
In return we offer a real living wage along with a fabulous range of benefits as well as a programme of training and development which includes nationally recognised qualifications and an opportunity to progress your social care career.
