**The Role**: The Customer Success Manager will develop strategic relationships with UK clients through proactive client reviews via the phone and facetoface. You will be strongly supported by an account management team and work closely with the sales and marketing function to build and maintain client relationships. You will be coordinating customer onboarding, coaching and training and have a proactive approach with helping users, partners and colleagues alike. You will be working with a portfolio of clients, mainly in the retail and hospitality sectors, and will be responsible for discovering business objectives/pain points and delivering campaigns whilst ensuring all clients are using the software to its full potential.

**The Company:**This company develop MarTech software which used across a variety of marketplaces and verticals helping their customers with meaningful business insights. They are scaling up in the UK and looking for individuals to fuel this growth and progress alongside the business.

**For this Customer Success Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:**

- You will have experience in a datacentric technology (CRM, MarTech or understand data)
- You will have a willingness to work in a fastprogressing environment and a selfstarter attitude
- Excellent allround communication skills you will be the customers champion!
- You will have a strong understanding of business objectives and use analytical thinking to present customer solutions

**Location:**The position of Customer Success Manager is based in Bristol, with travel across the UK for client visits.
