Each person in our business are constantly learning from the people around them, therefore we are looking to expand our team further by appointing a Support Co-ordinator. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? The successful candidate will be using their previous experience to log tickets and follow up to ensure they meet the customer service standards. You will be triaging issues and attempting to resolve and troubleshoot, whilst also escalating any issues to the Helpdesk manager. You will be using your previous experience to assist in the production of status reports on assigned tasks and liaise with developers during issue investigation. You will be providing software licenses for internal and external customers and maintaining customer support documentation and reports.
