Large multi sited employer who are growing are seeking an Internal Communications Manager.

Your new role

Working on promoting the personal and professional development of employees to fuel employee engagement. Ensuring regular communications, organising events across various locations, and generally enhancing the employee experience.

What you'll need to succeed

It is anticipated that you will have 5 years plus employee engagement experience from a Marketing or HR perspective. Good marketing experience will be required along with the ability to writer clear communications. Good budgeting and analytical skills are also a pre-requisite and a keen interest in people with strong stakeholder management skills is essential. Frequent travel will be required.
