Marketing & Business Development Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing & Business Development Executive who will be working closely with technical founders and help us on our customer acquisition journey as well as product-market-fit and broader brand development.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a KEY role in an upmarket start up within a vibrant London community where you will be adding value and supporting the business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Understanding our product inside-out and be able to promote our product and services
* Develop and manage social media and marketing campaigns to help raise/increase brand awareness and attract new leads
* Grow and improve our customer base following and engagement through various social media tools
* Account management duties; maintaining contact with our clients, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered with regular follow ups. Mostly B2B
* Identifying new potential clients and putting together prospecting strategies which will involve making business development calls
* Keeping up to date with competitors and market trends
* Working closely with the wider team, getting involved with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks (including product software testing, use case development, product management etc)

You will have to have:

* Excellent communication & presentation skills (English)
* A good analytical understanding and profound MS-Office skills along with general relational databases knowledge
* Knowledge in SEO techniques, PPC, Content, email marketing, PR and other growth strategies
* Working experience in Marketing / Sales or bizdev is good to have
* Understand or ability to learn software development industry
* Show a proactive, committed work attitude
* Have a passion for meeting people and networking
* Organised & hard working - you will have loads of fun but we also work hard so make sure you're up for the challenge!
* Furthermore we expect that you are able to take on own projects early on and drive with a given resources.

Salary: £12k-£24k base + performance bonus, where you can easily double in a few months. This is more performance based value added job with big opportunities and generous performance based rewards.
