My client are recruiting for customer-service focused and results driven Credit Controller/Income Officer to join their vibrant and busy Revenue department, which is responsible for collecting rent, minimising and maximising income collection into the organisation.

In this role you will be primarily responsible for recovering arrears by telephone, email, text and letter. Arrears prevention is also a major part of the role. This involves ensuring that tenants are given relevant debt advice and support in order for residents to maximise their income and resolve any queries or financial difficulties.

The ideal candidate should:
Enjoy a phone based role
Have good listening skills and negotiation skills
Willingness to collect cash and sort out queries
Willingness to learn legal proceedings within the housing industry
Be available to start immediately

The role will initially be on a temp basis and after 8 weeks there will be the potential for you to go permanent
