My client in Ipswich town centre are looking for Senior Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding team. They are looking for people that have previous experience within customer services and management, as you will be responsible for coaching and training the team, ensuring they are meeting all service levels.

This company are within the claims management industry so is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a successful business that look to promote from within.

What's involved?

Management of team and ensuring all targets are met.

Training the team

Delegating work and setting targets

Dealing with customer complaints

Ensure the quality of work meets audits

Dealing with customer complaints and escalating when necessary

Being a role model to other members of the team and supporting the managerial team.

Why you?

You will have a polite telephone manner and have a good knowledge of basic IT and typing skills. You will have been involved with the coaching, development and training of a team previously and be a confident problem solver and motivator. If you have worked within this environment before, this will be an advantage but is not essential.

What's in it for you?

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, so the bank holidays and weekends are yours to enjoy!

Salary is £18,000-£19,000 per annum depending on experience.

Holiday is 20 days plus bank holidays but this does increase by every year by one day until it reaches 30 days.
