£60 per day - Part-Time - 3 days per week.

Long term position for the Academic year.

An outstanding primary school in Barry is looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who has had experience working with literacy interventions and who also has worked before with phonics. This position is an excellent position for someone who can help pupils improve their literacy skills as well as help improve their Maths ability. Ideally we would be looking for someone who has some experience of working for/alongside a SENCO and has had some experience working with low ability pupils or worked within an SEN setting.

This Vale of Glamorgan based Primary School has a strong management infrastructure allowing both its staff and pupils to feel supported in everything they do. To become part of the Academic teaching team at this Primary School you will:
* Have experience of working in a classroom setting within the last 2 years
* Experience in Foundation Stage will be beneficial but not essential
* Able to provide support to children of varying abilities in an innovative way
* Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Able to drive literacy interventions and work with small groups of pupils
* Able to expand the learning ability for pupils of all levels
