We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help launch new and scale existing channels. This role will have a specific focus on growing affiliates across our locales with a wider focus on display and paid social and ensuring that we reach as large an audience as possible.

In summary, the Performance Marketing Manager will be critically important for contributing to our hugely ambitious scaling plans.

Key Accountabilities
• Own, develop and deliver an affiliate program across the UK and international markets to drive revenue growth and meet business targets
• Responsible for seasonal and campaign planning, partner outreach, market positioning and branding across all affiliates
• Partner actively and empathically with key affiliates to help exceed their revenue objectives; inspire affiliate excitement and engagement about our offers and products
• Identify, recruit, and cultivate new affiliate relationships that will expand our reach to new audiences
• Develop programmatic Display strategy and see it through at a tactical level
• Partner with design team to develop creative assets most appropriate for our products and for the various publishers
• Provide in depth reporting, analysis and insight to relevant stakeholders, highlighting the story behind actual and forecasted performance
• Support the wider Performance Marketing Team in the scaling of Paid Social and PPC

• Experience of partnering with affiliates and nurturing affiliate relationships
• Demonstrable experience of how your work has directly contributed to the growth of your past businesses
• International affiliate marketing experience
• Strong data analysis skills
• Results oriented - proven ability to deliver results
• Relentless goal focus - can own a project or KPI and get stuff done
• Passionate about marketing, startups and growth
• Strategic - able to understand a problem, identify the objective, and deliver results
• Good rapport - able to work with and influence people to get results
• Collaborative
• Attention to detail - working in a highly regulated environment requires this

It would be advantageous if you had:
• PPC and/or Paid Social experience
• Experience leveraging 1st/2nd/3rd party data sets
• German native-level language skills
• An international approach
