Are you a professional Business Analyst who can bring your skills to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of children living in poverty.

Our client is an international Christian organisation that exists as an advocate for children, to release them from their spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty

Position: Business Analyst

Location: Permanent position, office-based at the new 'agile' offices in Fleet, Hampshire (GU51 2UT)

Salary: £38,760 pa

Duration: Full-time

Hours: Monday - Friday - 35 hours per week

Benefits: Enhanced pension scheme, non-contributory pension scheme (10% employer contribution), enhanced holiday allowance, all employees will be entitled to 5 normal working weeks' annual leave a year, plus normal bank holidays, Private Medical Insurance and Dental Insurance (on completion of probation period), Income Protection & Group Life cover.

About the role:

The Business Analyst sits within the IT department and is part of an ambitious initiative to offer quality service to the business with continuous improvement whilst supporting the strategic objectives of the IT Team.

Working across the project lifecycle, this role will work alongside business units, IT colleagues and third-party providers in a highly collaborative and delivery focused environment to ensure the implementation of well executed successful projects supporting the delivery of IT enabled business change across the organisation.

You will:

- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions
- Develop requirements, specifications and recommendations to proposed business solutions
- Maintain Customer Service excellence

About you:

To flourish in the role of Business Analyst, you'll need to have a BSc in Computer Science OR Professional Business Analyst Certification e.g. ISEB and experience of the following:

- Object Oriented methods & UML
- Working on all stages of project life cycle
- System configuration and SQL skill set
- Data manipulation
- CRM work experience
- Office administration, competent in written and numerical work and fluent in English
- Great communication skills and be able to provide excellent customer service

Although not essential, a working knowledge of systems analysis and some design experience would be beneficial.
