Training and Development Manager
Mpeople Recruitment are currently looking for a Training and Development Manager on behalf of our client based in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Professional to utilise their skills and experience, in order to shape this new role. It is a fantastic role within a well-established business that is currently experiencing exceptional growth. The Training and Development manager will lead the development and implementation of a new training programme. This person will also be responsible for the management of a large team (around 50 staff members), in order to assist their personal development and ensure the company retains talent. Duties and responsibilities include but will not be restricted to: - Creating and delivering an induction process for staff - Identifying training needs within the business - Creating and delivering tailored training material to better staff members - Analysing performance data for each staff member - Carrying out individual monthly reviews with a large team - Working alongside operations in recruiting new team members Our client are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and confident individual that can demonstrate long leadership skills, and has the ability to influence a large number of people. To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within an L&D role, including the full training life-cycle (writing/creating training material, and rolling this out). It is also essential that you have some experience within managing a team.
