This rapidly expanding educational travel company based just outside of Nottingham city centre, are seeking to recruit a Hotel Reservations Coordinator who will be responsible for sourcing and booking accommodation for groups travelling to Europe. Based at their HQ in Nottingham, the successful candidate must be a fluent French speaker, be organised, have exceptional time management skills and attention to detail. The candidate must also be numerate and confidently able to work with invoices.
In addition to sourcing and booking the hotels according to budget and requirements, the coordinator will also answer queries regarding prices and facilities, liaise with colleagues about the accommodation specifics, check and process invoice payments, and regularly update the internal admin system with hotel information.
The successful candidate must be able to use their own initiative, be able to prioritise workload and thrive in a busy working environment.
