We are looking for a smart, dynamic, reliable individual who is able to work within our framework, guidelines and ethos and also on their own initiative. The role involves assisting in film research, customer and supplier communication, distribution of marketing and promotional materials and increasing our presence on social media. Other associated admin duties are also involved. There may possibly be the potential for business travel on our behalf, for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Assisting in researching and sourcing films which meet the high standards required by our customer base.
·Assisting in writing interesting and compelling film reviews.
·Updating our secure film library.
·Assisting in producing pod-casts.
·Monitoring and contributing to social media channels.
·Assisting in writing email newsletters.
·Updating client database information.
·Other admin duties as appropriate.
·A recent graduate (probably in Business Studies, Marketing or Advertising) with knowledge/experience in marketing, advertising, communications and web design/development.
·Well motivated and organised with good people skills.
·Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
·Holder of a Driving License.
·A second language would be useful.
