Part-Time Payroll and HR Administrator required for an international business based in Leeds. Work for a fast paced, successful business in a varied role pivotal to the organisation. Working 3 days a week ( Monday - Wednesday) payng a salary of £26,000 pro rata per annum. The role is based in Leeds and the site is easily accessible from Wakefield, Bradford and all areas of Leeds.

The Job

Working with the FD and HR Manager you will manage the input and collation of all the payroll information which is then passed to a 3rd party for processing along with general HR administration

Key Responsibilities will include:

Dealing with starters and leavers.
Producing contracts of employment and offer letters
First point of contact for all Payroll and HR issues
Carrying out salary and benefits bench marking
Pension Administration
Ensure that all holidays & sickness, are accurately monitored and remain up to date.
Effective management of the HR files.
Provide assistance/support in relation to Disciplinary and Grievance matters.
To assist with ensuring all mandatory training is completed on a regular basis.
Support the HR Manager with other projects as required.The Person

The successful candidate will have end to end payroll experience with exposure to HR compliance and day to day issues. It will be a benefit if you are studying for your CIPD. You will be a team player with great communications skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.

The Benefits

The role can offer ongoing career development in a growing business. Salary is £24,000 - £26,000 pro rata depending on experience, pension and parking.
