Service Delivery Manager - IT Managed Services Organisation - Permanent - ITIL - Birmingham - £45,000- £55,000- Home based and Flexible working available

I am currently recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join a Managed Services provider going through an exciting period of transformation. The company is based in Birmingham although you can be home based or leverage flexible working if local.

As part of the Service Delivery Manager role your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Manage a portfolio of large accounts to which I client is responsible for delivering vareid IT Services
  • Ensure that service delivery is meeting agreed SLA's and OLA's in line with contractual agreements
  • Ensure service if following the agreed ITIL priniciples- Incident, Problem, Change, Release etc
  • Liaise with internal sales, support and project delivery teams
  • Carry out regular service reviews (both on and off site) to gather feedback and identify strengths and arreas for improvement
  • Produce detailed reporting of service performance as and when required

To be successful in your application for the Service Delivery Manager role you will have:
  • A strong background in Service Delivery/Management ideally within IT Services/MSP organisations
  • Demonstrable examples of successfully managing large account and delivering excellent service that goes above and beyond
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders in order to influence and challenge where necessary
  • Excellent commercial acumen and reporting skills through Microsoft Office appications
  • An ITIL certifications (Foundation essential, Practitioner desirable)
  • The ability to travel to customer sites when needed

This role is paying £45,000-£55,000 + Benefits
