At Reed we have an exciting opportunity to become part of a proactive and highly motivated team working with Norwich City Council supporting their IT and system requirements on a temporary basis until March 2020. The role is full time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the IT helpdesk at city hall delivering a crucial, front-line service to internal customers, partners and contractors.

You will demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a small team and be capable of working under pressure in a busy office environment.

You will display excellent organisation and communication skills, and you will have experience and confidence in dealing with customer enquiries on the phone and in person.

As a member of the IT helpdesk you will be responsible for the issue, collection and recording of mobile hardware devices.

Experience of providing user support for systems is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
