My client has been at the heart of the UK energy market for over two decades and are playing a critical role in transforming and decarbonising the UK energy system.
As a major energy services and utility supporting business, with both technology and sustainability right at the very core of their ethos and business model.

Typical Duties for Head of Campaign Management
  • Managing a team of 8 to 10 FTE and ensuring they are delivering against all objectives
  • Conducting deep dive analysis into key issues affecting performance
  • Forecasting staffing requirements, bookings and meters
  • Scheduling and resource planning to support the contact centre
  • Managing CRM and InContact licensing and technical issues across the CC telephony estate.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to external suppliers
  • Implementing and managing process controls to comply with regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate must have:
  • Contact centre experience
  • A good technological understanding of multichannel
  • Strong leadership experience with the look to be able to grow, lead and develop their team
  • Be able and willing to travel to clients if and when needed
  • Able to manage multiple clients at one time
  • Be degree educated (ideal not essential)
