Robert Walters are currently working with one of the largest providers in their field, with several prestigious awards in the last 2 years. The group is currently looking to strengthen its central group finance team with the appointment of a FP&A Analyst to specialise in the cash management and working capital. This is a pivotal role that will report to the Head of Group FP&A and be very focused on external stakeholder management.

This is a pivotal role that will report to the Head of Group FP&A and be very focused on external stakeholder management.

Key Duties
  • Support the Head of FP&A with reporting and Group Finance processes on projects.
  • Build in depth understanding of cash cycles and cash flows across the business in order to optimise cash position and minimise interest charges.
  • Produce & Report weekly Short-Term Cash Flow.
  • Report Cash Receipts
  • Proactively highlight cash flow issues and recommend actions to deliver cash forecast.
  • Maintain Daily Liquidity schedule and arrange necessary transfers
  • Maintain Bank Mandates and signing authorities.
  • Act as Relationship contact with all banks and current and future funding partners.
  • Explore and suggest funding opportunities for the Group.
  • Build in depth understanding of cash cycles and cash flows across the business in order to optimise cash position and minimise interest charges.
  • Ensure that cash and banking financial transactions are in accordance with accepted accounting practices and compliant
  • Support in appraising the financial viability of plans and proposals
  • Liaise with auditors

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant ACA/CIMA or ACCA with a proactive and inquisitive mindset, excellent analytical and data manipulation skills. The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with an ability to communicate across finance stakeholders and non-finance stakeholders
