We are now looking for a Systems & Service Delivery Lead to join our team in Exeter on a part time basis, working 29 hours per week.

Your Role

As the Systems & Service Delivery Lead, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining our internal systems and resources to ensure our working practices are optimised.

You will oversee a multi-faceted team in the delivery of projects, monitor, evaluate and report on organisational performance and impact, and support senior management in the development of our organisation.

Specifically, your role will involve:

- Taking responsibility for our ICT, CRM and digital communications systems
- Line managing, supporting and developing five Project and Service Delivery Managers
- Ensuring IT facilities meet needs
- Researching, implementing and installing new systems, hardware and software
- Planning and implementing the ICT budget
- Ensuring data collection systems are accurate and up to date
- Generating and sharing a variety of internal reports that scrutinise projects and report against operational performance
- Contributing to business development group meetings and reviewing customer feedback
- Ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards and operate in-line with our mission, vision and objectives

About You

To be considered as the Systems & Service Delivery Lead, you will need:

- Proven leadership skills able to support the work of a team of experienced managers/senior staff
- ICT systems management and development experience
- A proven track record in successfully delivering targets and service outcomes
- The ability to manage complex information, prepare reports and presentations to a high standard
- The ability to communicate with clarity to a wide range of audiences
- ICT and financial literacy

Other organisations may call this role Service Delivery Manager, delivery Project manager, Head of Service Delivery, Senior Service Delivery Manager, PMO Manager, or ICT Systems Manager.

This is a part time role working 29 hours per week.

The closing date for this role is the 18th September 2019, with interviews scheduled for Monday 23rd September 2019.
