A leading general insurance broker has appointed us to exclusively assist in securing an Employee Benefits Co-ordinator to inherit an exisiting portfolio. The successful applicant will operate in a support function and as and where required client-facing capacity. It will be across both SME and corporate clients on employee benefits surrounding group life, group protection, group critical illness and group PMI, and would involve existing portfolio development and organic new business acquisition. You will have autonomy over the account and report into the Group's Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing client portfolio.

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Develop and maintain relationships with Insurers. What we're searching for

• Good technical understanding of group risk, ideally with CII GR1

• Proven experience of maintaining existing SME and corporate-sized relationships.
