We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established client in the Clydebank area. The role will be temporary with the scope to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a financial environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Processing of high volume invoices
  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Deal with any invoice discrepancies
  • Payment runs
  • Supplier Statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with any invoice queries
  • Ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will also be able to assist with other areas in a busy finance office as required.

To be considered for this role the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a Purchase Ledger capacity. You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work under pressure and to monthly deadlines.
