Skills required:
  • Experience delivering excellent services to clients and customers alike in a IT Service Desk environment
  • Previous Supervisory / Management experience
  • Flexible approach to work
  • A proven team player who is capable of managing team priorities as well as their own.

Technical skill requirements:
  • ITIL Certified or high level of ITIL experience
  • VoIP
  • Microsoft Windows Environment
  • Windows 7 / 10
  • Installing hardware peripherals and software applications
  • Microsoft Office
  • Troubleshooting
  • Configuration
