We are seeking individuals with strong administration and organisation skills, who can focus on multiple projects at once and have a track record of effective relationship management in a corporate arena. These are full-time permanent positions which will be based at our new office in central Swindon.

What you will do:

The role supports our clients with running every aspect of their employee benefit programmes, which include Corporate Pensions, Healthcare, Group Risk and Flexible benefits.

As part of the client management team, you will build ongoing successful relationships, as well as providing online platform support and maintenance including administration.

These are varied roles and require the ability to work to tight deadlines as we are also supporting our clients' payroll processing. The successful individuals must be able to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and demonstrate a 'can do' attitude.

Your experience will include:
  • Customer service/client relationship building skills with corporate clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working towards Service Level Agreements
  • Understanding complaint identification and resolution
  • High level time management skills and working with multiple priorities
  • Ability to drive own performance and improvement
  • Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Pensions, Healthcare, and Flexible benefits (desirable)
