This is an exciting role where you will be helping support and provide administration assistance to the Vehicle Administrations team, making the role varied and enjoyable and providing you with a real insight into how Carshop buy and sell cars.

What you will be doing

Booking in and sending out all vehicle documents
Chasing for vehicle documents where vehicles have arrived but documents have not arrived with it
Running reports and acting upon them
Arranging Transport
Dealing with Store enquiries
Any and all other Admin duties

Training on all aspects of vehicle admin will be provide

Ability to communicate with a diverse workforce
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
IT Literate and confident on Excel
