Role: Managing weekly payroll for over 150 PAYE and subcontractors

Salary: DOE

Hours: 35 hours a week, flexible on what works for you but it need to be the same every week

Your new job role:
  • Processing weekly payroll
  • Using Dimensions
  • Construction Industry Scheme deductions
  • Tracking and monitoring employee working hours, to align with costings and budgets
  • Dealing with HMRC
  • First point of call for all holiday queries, references, HMRC updates etc.
  • HR responsibilities to include training, tracking employee qualifications and certifications

Ideally you are able to:
  • manage payroll - both PAYE and subcontractor payments
  • use Excel in your sleep
  • understand all things HMRC
  • do Construction Industry Scheme deductions
  • understand central costings and the costings of projects/jobs
  • organise and maintain records relating to employee certifications and training, holidays, sickness and other similar HR responsibilities
