Branch Cashier (Part-time) Harpenden, £10,300 + excellent benefits

22.5 hours per week: Monday to Wednesday 8:45am to 5:15pm

Plus 2 out of 4 Saturdays 8:45am to 12:15pm

Essentially, this role provides all-round excellent customer service whilst being the first point of contact for all financial transactions and account queries that take place within the Harpenden branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing transactions; processing investment and mortgage related cash and cheque transactions, preparation of cheques and customer credits for banking
  • Opening new accounts
  • Responding to customer queries
  • General administrative support to the Brand Manager
  • Banking and going to the post office.

Required skills:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good levels of numeracy and literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and the internet

Locations: Harpenden, St Albans, Luton, Dunstable, Hemel Hempstead, Wheathampstead
