AHP Administration Supervisor

As an AHP Administration Supervisor working within the AHP Admin management team the post requires a flexible and enthusiastic colleague with both excellent communication skills and advanced keyboard skills. You will have direct line management for an AHP admin team based within Ayr and Biggart Hospitals and will be expected to cover annual leave on behalf of the AHP non MSK Administration Supervisor for AHP Admin teams across Ailsa University Hospital Crosshouse and Ayrshire Central. You will oversee a comprehensive clerical service for a variety of Allied Health Professionals pan Ayrshire which includes referral management clinic implementation clinic building staff management and general admin office tasks as per department service needs. You should have an HND in Business Management or relevant experience relevant IT qualifications (ECDL) with NHS experience. Knowledge of TRAKCARE and EMIS are desirable and previous Line Management experience is essential. Project experience is desirable. Driving licence is essential as post holder is expected to visit various AHP admin sites Working hours are 30 hours per week over four days Mon Tues Wed & Friday. This is a Fixed Term/Secondment opportunity until August 2020 to cover Maternity Leave.
