KS Distribution is a dynamic, forward thinking consumer electronics distributor focused on the portable and home audio market, with offices in Shoreham-by-Sea and a sister company in Berlin, Germany.

KS Distribution represents a selected group of high quality audio brands with customers including Richer Sounds, Selfridges, Harrods, WH Smith, Amazon, etc. We also run a number of online stores for B2C sales, including hifiheadphones.co.uk and soundmagicheadphones.com

Several years of investment into new IT infrastructure (SAP, multichannel online retail system, etc.) and a drive for increased operational efficiency means we are now poised for growth. Plans include European online retail expansion, developing our own brand of audio speakers and re-organising as a group company structure.


You should have an organised, logical approach quality but with an inquisitive nature and the ability to think on your feet. Different qualities but both vital to the role. It goes without saying that accuracy and attention to detail are an absolute must for this role, both in spreadsheet management and non-administrative tasks. Other key candidate attributes are:
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Customer focus second to none and an "anything is possible" attitude to problem solving.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Email and online applications and the willingness to learn. ERP experience would be beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional written and verbal foreign language skills would be beneficial.
  • Experience in working in a demanding office environment, ideally a minimum of 2 years, have the ability to work unsupervised, have a confident, positive and upbeat personality, have an exceptional work ethic, eager to learn and improve your own skills and to realise the importance of teamwork, reliability and flexibility.


This crucial, demanding and challenging position provides a key foundation to the continued development and growth of the operations department and therefore, the pro-active support required for future company growth plans. The variety in this role will cover our operations, service and warehouse departments, with key job role duties in each department including:
  • Data processing - inventory management, supplier, customer service and return management, order process management, pricing management and delivery process management.
  • Data input - ERP input for orders, financial related transactions, business partners, and inventory. Online services for couriers, BPM tasking, sales channels and business partners.
  • Customer relations - Written and verbal communication with all external and internal customers in a professional, timely and supportive manner.
  • Non administrative tasks - Covering key colleagues during challenging times, absence or holidays in the service and warehouse departments. Tasks include, but not limited to, order picking and processing, goods receipt processing and return item servicing and support.


Full training will be provided in all aspects of this role.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
