As a Digital Optimisation Executive at the Co-operative Bank you'll be a core part of the Digital Optimisation Team. Responsible for MVT/ A/B testing and creating targeted cross sell campaigns across the public website, secure online banking and the mobile app. You'll help us make the site easier to use, encourage more people to apply for our products and sign post relevant content.

Key Accountabilities:
  • With support create test campaigns from concept creation, test build and post live analysis.
  • Manage day-to-day creation of content which is relevant and engaging.
  • Monitor performance of campaigns through our Analytics tool and make changes when campaigns are not performing as expected.
  • Adhere to departmental processes. You must be able to follow a brief, commit to deadlines and working intelligently, prioritising workload effectively
  • Support SEO initiatives

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

Essential
  • Experience working in a digital team
  • A keenness to learn, develop and be self-motivated
  • A can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver
  • Quick to pick up new technologies and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work with stakeholders and building strong professional relationships
  • An interest in MVT & A/B Testing
  • An interest and understanding of why it's important to be an Ethical business
  • Understanding and experience within SEO

Desirable
  • Experience using an analytics tool to create meaningful reports (Adobe analytics/ GA)
  • Experience using photo editing tools such as Photoshop or Sketch
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target or other testing tools
  • An understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
