An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team for a one year fixed term contract.

The post holder will be a member of the Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service for High Weald Lewes and Havens, which is an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team working in the community with patients following a stroke or acquired brain injury.

The role will be to assess new patients in the community setting for therapy input and provide specialist treatment programmes within an interdisciplinary team. You will work alongside other Physiotherapists within the team and be responsible for delegating work to Rehabilitation Support Workers and also have a supervisory role for students within the team. You will work alongside the other therapy and nursing staff in planning a interdisciplinary approach to care.

This is a unique opportunity to gain neuro rehab experience within the community setting whilst working alongside experienced Nurses, Therapists and Rehabilitation Support Workers.

This is a community post, so you must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car for business purposes.
