Successful data/Insight agency looking for Senior/Lead Insight analyst to join their analytics team. Great opportunity to lead the team, mentoring junior analysts, getting involved in client support, as well as some hands on delivery of more complex projects. Current clients include a number of well known UK brands across a variety of sectors including entertainment, retail and travel. Salary: £35K-£55K P.A. + benefits, 25 days holiday + bank holidays PLUS flexible working.

My client is a leading data-driven insight and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) agency. They are looking for Senior Analysts to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality analytics to solve client problems and help to drive business results.
You will be confident in dealing with large volumes and complex data to ensure insight can be realised and communicated to drive customer experience and engagement.
Their clients are diverse and you will be provided with the opportunity to work on a number of well known UK brands across a variety of sectors including entertainment, retail, travel, leisure and charity.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a close working relationship with client decision makers.
* Manage and deliver practical customer analysis and insights to clients.
* Build and deliver predictive models and segmentations.
* Be responsible for the roll out of predictive modelling across clients' CRM activity to improve efficiency of campaigns.
* Develop methods to measure the efficiency of campaigns and present in a user-friendly innovative style.
* Work with various CRM teams to develop and deliver customer journeys to support marketing strategies.
* Provide statistical analysis and consultancy for stakeholders across the business as required.
* Work with internal stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities from customer data.
* Work closely with other analysts and account managers.
* Continually ensure the analysis team produce 'best in class' data insights and embed these operationally across the company.
* Manage a team of analysts, ensuring they are continually developed through performance management and feedback.
* Keep up to date with market trends and best-practise, ensuring skills and knowledge are kept up to date.

Desired Skills and Experience for this Senior Insight Analyst role:
Their ideal candidate will have substantial experience of statistical and analytical techniques with excellent client-facing and people management skills. It is essential that you have the ability to explain complex statistical techniques to a non-technical audience in an engaging and stimulating style.
You will be adept at managing multiple priorities whilst delivering excellent results.
Experience & Technical Requirements:
* Degree educated preferably in a quantitative discipline such as maths, statistics or similar.
* Advanced knowledge of regression analysis, classification, clustering and hypothesis testing and when to apply these techniques to given business problems.
* Proven ability in deploying customer segmentations and predictive models.
* Proven ability in exploratory data analysis.
* Experience in managing the post-campaign analysis process and driving continual improvement in CRM activity.
* Experience of data manipulation in large relational databases.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, R or Python.
* Strong track record of using data analytics, statistics and insight in a commercial environment to drive value from customer data.
* Up-to-date, current knowledge and experience of other tools such as Tableau or FastStats would be an advantage.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Engaging presentation skills.
* Experience of managing teams.
Nice to have
* Experience working with online/live data
* Knowledge and experience using cloud computing services such as Microsoft Azure (or similar Amazon Web Service or Google Cloud platforms)
* Experience developing APIs
* Could suit someone currently working in a Big Data environment who wants to transition into customer analytics
