Experienced Personal Assistant

LOCATION - Peterborough

3 month contract - Immediate start

Keystream are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant on a contract basis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Organise workload to ensure deadlines are observed and duties performed efficiently.

* Maintain diaries using Microsoft Outlook and operate a bring-forward system.

* Deal with incoming emails appropriately.

* Draft agendas and prepare papers for meetings. Attend meetings to record minutes.

* Develop and maintain office support systems and procedures.

* Assess correspondence for priority and actions, ensuring urgent items are managed accordingly. Where appropriate, compile letters and respond on behalf of the director.

* Respond to telephone and postal enquiries, paying attention to confidentiality and public relations.
