Our client is a leading Water Treatment Company that is now recruiting for a Water Hygiene Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands.

Responsible for ensuring that client's needs are met

* Ensuring the customer experience meets their expectations with regards to service levels, quality, timeliness of service delivery and cost.

* Advising remediation advice to customers to manage/ resolve the risk when failures occur and manage through to resolution.

* Account Manage a customer portfolio and maximise the up sale opportunities

* Monitor day to day contract delivery of on your customer portfolio to maintain a healthy Gross Margin on contract performance.

* Managing the financial performance on all your customer accounts and ensure they are balanced.

* Manage and own clients issues and complaints through to resolution.

* Maintain and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and standards

* Monitor performance of contract delivery

* Ensure payments are made and revenue collected to balance accounts

* Ensure KPIs & SLAs are adhered to as well as customer expectations being met

* Reporting of any issues / complaints or discrepancies engaging with all organisations to ensure resolution in a timely manner.

* Working collaboratively with the wider Water Hygiene team to drive a successful and compliant business

* Understand and improve performance against standards set internally, externally and by clients and competitors

* Manage and provide timely feedback to the management team.

* Deliver accurate measures and findings to the management team to assist with decision making for the future

* Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to a trusting relationship with clients and potential clients

Candidates will have the following experience

* Good knowledge of operational H&S

* Strong communication skills to build strong relationships at all levels both internally and externally.

* Good knowledge of processes with understanding of why decisions are being made

* A wide knowledge of the water hygiene industry and the regulatory, statutory and legal obligations that need to be adhered to

* Understanding of company KPI's and regulatory targets that are relevant to Water Hygiene

* A detailed knowledge of Water Hygiene

* Knowledge and compliance to audit processes

* Commercial awareness

* Ability to identify and apply industry standards

* A technical understanding of both water and waste water assets and the processes to design, construct and adopt these to the corrected standards

* Water Hygiene Hot and Cold Water Systems

* Legionella management Qualifications/ experience

* Water Treatment/ Cooling Towers
