ACE Winches has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to join their team.

The HSEQ Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HSEQ department, maintaining all HSEQ records and documents with a high level of detail.

This is a varied and challenging role that will also include

* Carrying out work as assigned in departmental plans and according to personal plans.

* Providing administrative support to the HSEQ department.

* Taking ownership of the HSEQ hardcopy and electronic file systems and be responsible for the control of retained documents.

* Ensuring documentation is stored correctly and up-to-date in Q-Pulse (or C-Sam).

* Maintaining a library of relevant HSEQ legislation and the associated codes of practice in liaison with engineering document control.

* Producing and updating HSEQ documentation as required.

* Collating HSEQ data for producing statistics.

* Organizing HSEQ meetings, including preparation of agenda and minute taking

* Coaching employees on all aspects of HSEQ

* Ensuring all purchases, goods and services have an allocated PO, which has been raised in accordance with the ACE Purchasing Procedures.

* Clearly defining the Quality Policy Statement.

* Ensuring the QMS is planned and implemented to continually improve its effectiveness and its integration with other management systems.

* Communicating the importance of meeting customer needs in addition to statutory and regulatory requirements.

* Ensuring that customer needs are determined and met with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction in line with performance and business goals.

* Ensuring that quality, performance and business objectives are established and reviewed at relevant functions and levels in the organisation and that objectives are measurable and consistent with the Quality Policy Statement.

* Conducting periodic reviews of the QMS at management level and initiating necessary actions and changes.

Candidates must have:

* Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001 or OHSAS 45001 Management systems

* Experience of Document Control

* Excellent administration skills

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

* Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task is required
