Salary up to £45k depending on experience + benefits

Becoming a Communications & Engagement Manager with Capita Customer Management:

We are currently looking to recruit for a Communications & Engagement Manager to join our O2 Partnership based in Leeds. Working with the Capita O2 leadership team and our client, the role will provide internal communications and employee engagement planning, advice and delivery to support the achievement of the Capita O2 business strategy and supporting plans.

What you will do:

Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies to help drive increased levels of employee engagement
Work in partnership with our client team to develop joint communications plans to support client communications, marketing campaigns and brand awareness and advocacy
Provide communications advice and coaching to the business on communications and engagement
Provide communications planning and delivery to support key change projects and CSR activity
Lead communications, delivery and action planning for people surveys
Manage local communications and delivery of our Capita Heroes awards programme and other local R&R activities
Lead, motivate and develop a network of operational Communications Champions
Develop and manage communications channels to drive effective two-way communications and engagement, such as our intranet, briefings, roadshows, plasmas
Deliver internal events; conferences, roadshows, recognition and celebratory events
Working with our client team, manage our industry awards submissions
Support the delivery of Capita Group transformation initiatives and projects, tailoring accordingly for our colleagues
Develop and manage local communications and engagement budget
Lead, develop and motivate a small teamYour experience will include:

Experience of developing and managing internal communications and engagement in large customer facing environments, preferably in contact centre or telecoms
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels in the business.

Excellent writing skills, comms strategy/planning, comms channels, advising senior stakeholders, including client, colleague engagement.
Broad understanding of current and future communications and engagement tools and techniques.
High level of commercial focus and business acumen.
Excellent written skills with the ability to write for a variety of media.
Experience of establishing and managing communication channels.
Highly customer focused with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a changing and dynamic environment.
Excellent communications planning skills.
Degree level or equivalent communications qualification would be desirable as would telecoms experience, but not essential.About Capita Customer Management:
