We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established client in the Clydebank area. The role will be temporary with the scope to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a financial environment.

Key responsibilities:

Processing of high volume invoices
Matching, batching and coding of invoices
Deal with any invoice discrepancies
Payment runs
Supplier Statement reconciliations
Dealing with any invoice queries
Ad hoc duties as requiredThe successful candidate will also be able to assist with other areas in a busy finance office as required.

To be considered for this role the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a Purchase Ledger capacity. You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work under pressure and to monthly deadlines.
