Elite-HR are proud to be working in partnership with a local charity in the recruitment of their HR Advisor for a fixed term contract of 6 months; please note this position could become permanent depending on the needs of the business.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career and wanting to join a reputable organisation, who will not only add value to their CV, but also provide them with the opportunity to learn and develop their skills set and knowledge.

This a regional role with regular travel across the Hampshire and Dorset region, with the occasional requirement to attend their Head Office in Manchester.

The role is relatively broad with the main focus being:

Coaching and supporting Service Leaders with absence management, culture, team engagement and team development
Day to Day liaison with other People Service such as; Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Payroll and Internal Communications
Supporting the HRBP deliver the regional People Strategy and Organisational Strategy
Management Information reporting - we have a suite of dashboards we use through Power BI, so will need someone passionate about data
Supporting with TUPE consultations
Developing region through continuous improvement and leading HR Service Visits
The key requirements for the role are:


Professional qualification in CIPD
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development

Proven track record in a HR Advisor role providing support to multiple sites across a geographical area or a large multi-site environment
Experience of working with a central HR service (HRSS)R
Experience of working with middle managers to identify and plan people needs
Experience of working independently
Experience in managing recruitment processes is desirable
Skills / Abilities

Good interpersonal skills and good, clear verbal and written communication skills
Able to work well as a team member
Able to develop immediate credibility with internal and external stakeholder and build sound working relationships
Good IT skills
Ability to assess and analyse data
Coaching and facilitation skills

Good understanding of the role of the HR Function
