Our client based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Client Services Manager for a permanent position. The role will be responsible for the day to day management and workload of the client services team, organising and prioritising the team's workload, providing high level, quality client services, delivered in a professional and timely manner.
The role will oversee high level support and service activities for the company's products and services for a designated client or group of clients. Responsible for ensuring a premium service and high operational performance with the team.
Main Duties:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with regular, ongoing client contact, communicating with clients on a regular basis and responding in timely manner, to specific queries
* Develop ongoing client relationships, with a clear understanding of the client's requirements to plan an effective services delivery
* Drive client satisfaction by uncovering client needs, mapping those needs to the company's capabilities and working collaboratively with colleagues and the wider business, to establish the correct solutions
* Work closely with the Head of Business Services to ensure detailed and smooth handover of new Clients
* Identify opportunities to support and develop business with existing Clients/Accounts
* Ensure compliance with regulatory policy, identifying the need for action where necessary, in order to minimise risk
* Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key client stakeholders
* Provide feedback on client suggestions for improvement to the Head of Business Services
* Championing the client/customer at all levels internally and training the Team to efficiently represent the client
* Act as the primary day to day, key point of contact for clients and provide ongoing support to the Head of Business Services
Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:
* Previous experience in a B2B Management / Client Services / Management role
* Experience or working in a similar role within a Financial Services, Banking, Recruitment environment
* Confident in managing all aspects of the commercial relationship
* Strong communication skills to ensure the Client/Customer journey and operational processes are clearly understood
* Knowledge and understanding of data analytics and reporting
* Solid understanding of Risk Management, Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering
* Exceptional organisational skills and high-level attention to detail
This is a Full Time Permanent position, Salary Negotiable dependant on experience.
