Campaigns Adviser Salary £26,218 + fantastic benefits
Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30 (with option for flexible working)

We are looking for an experienced Campaigns Adviser to support the UK Regulator of Pensions in their excellent office location in the heart of Brighton working within a diverse, lively and professional growing workforce. This is a permanent full time position paying £26,218 per annum.

The Role:

Create communications briefs using the Government's OASIS framework for internal teams and external agencies
Plan effective multi-channel campaigns that deliver against objectives
Advise on different channels and their use across direct marketing, promotional and digital platforms
Review audience insight to develop change communications
Demonstrate audience understanding and targeting
Responsible for development and delivery of assets e.g. email copy and build, web content, PDF's, video and social media
Evaluate campaigns against agreed objectives and measurements using a range of analytical tools
Support Campaign Managers in chairing weekly internal meetings, managing the communications plan and updating key stakeholders
Ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained for each stage of campaign development

The Person:
Essential skills

Experience in a multi-channel campaigns role
Knowledge of both online and offline channels and how to integrate them to best effect
Proven experience of measuring, targeting and evaluating campaigns
Experience of planning and utilising market researchDesirable skills

Knowledge of GDPR, desirable
Experience of working on organisational change projects
Experience of B2B and financial sector
