Would you like to work in an agile and ambitious Client Delivery team? The key to TDX's success has been the scope to build and deliver industry-leading performance portfolios, combining precise execution with high quality analytical insight and continuous creativity to our partners.About the JobAs our new Client Project Manager, you will project manage major client projects and co-ordinate activity across the business to enable successful project delivery for all our business clients. You will be responsible and accountable for on-boarding of new clients, as well as being responsible for reporting against actions, risks and issues to all stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the full client onboarding process; from the conclusion of the sales process, through implementation and handover into Business as Usual to the TDX client services team. You will be responsible for scoping and delivering a range of critical client-facing projects across the full range of TDX products and services. The role will report into the Client Delivery Portfolio Manager, within TDX Operations.This role is pivotal in ensuring that we deliver to our clients' expectations; ensuring that they receive the right solution, to quality and time.Responsibilities of the Client Project Manager include:You will manage the delivery of client and business projects as and when required, specialising in client implementation and client changeYou will develop and take ownership of all relevant project documentation (including project plans, reporting, risk and issue logs)You will lead the delivery planning to implement new clients/ portfolios onto existing and future TDX platforms and productsYou will ensure flawless execution and adherence to best practise project management methodologies; managing all aspects of client delivery projects in line with the Service Delivery Excellence model; and ensuring execution to agreed scope and timelines, and effective communicationYou will effectively lead client and internal project resources and governanceYou will maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders and allow for efficient and effective communication over priority, delivery expectations, risks and issuesYou will contribute to development and completion of impact assessments for change projects as requiredYou will identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency; delivery mechanism and resource to be agreed with line managerYou will be able to deputise for the Portfolio Manager as required in project and governance meetings, representing the function in a professional and competent manner.Requirements Required Skills:Sound proven background in delivering client-facing, with the ability to lead multiple projects at one timeA Project Management qualification, such as Prince2, APM, APMP etcYou will possess strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to operate and influence business partners across all seniority levelsExperience presenting solutions and propositions to a variety of audiencesExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalGood working knowledge of MS Office products including MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS ExcelPreferred Skills:Degree level education desirable but not essentialFinancial Services or FCA regulated backgroundPrior experience working with Public Sector clientsKnowledge of Agile processesExperience working with Application Development teamsWhat Else?
