A brand new opportunity to join a software house in Bristol as a Service Delivery Manager has arisen.

This role would be working for a company who specialise in building bespoke software solutions around digital transformation with a focus on data management and system integration. They are customer focused and can offer challenging complex solutions to clients. They believe in being technology agnostic, using what's best for the job rather than off the shelf.

This Service Delivery Manager will be working within the customer support team providing software support to a number of key customers. You will be responsible for providing different services and improving effectiveness and efficiency of projects. You will need to be comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

Essentially the role will be:
  • Be responsible for ensuring support services are planned and delivered in line with budgets, business objectives while creating a positive collaborative experience.
  • To be the main point of contact for clients and their satisfaction.
  • Lead teams of delivery staff.

Experience Required:
  • Proven commercial experience of working in a support function within software delivery.
  • Experience of managing project finances and reporting.
  • Managing and analysing SLA's

Desirable Experience:
  • ITIL
  • Bid writing
  • Software support management experience.
