3rd Line Support Engineer

I am currently seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer for a client based in Cirencester on a 6 months contract!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Windows 10 managed device administration, including build-development, testing and upgrades
  • System Centre Configuration Manager infrastructure and packaging
  • Microsoft 365 with Office 365 Pro Plus
  • Support infrastructure projects, providing advice and resolving issues that may arise.
  • Minimise issues and provide early resolution for users

Key Skills:
  • Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Windows server 2019, 2016, 2012 R2 and 2008 R2
  • Active Directory and ADFS
  • System Centre Configuration Manager
  • Proven working knowledge of the delivery and support of laptops and desktops and virtual servers in an enterprise environment
